House Sauces
-
This Kansas City inspired sauce is the sweetest in our line of house made condiments.
“That’s great, but who are the Chef’s?”
-
Our most ‘traditional’ sauce, this bad boy is dark, robust, slightly smoky and smooth as molasses.
“And a good day to you, sir!!”
-
This Georgia style mustard is most commonly compared to a tangy honey mustard. Pairs great with pastrami and other smoked meats, as well as pretzels and cheese.
Background on the name: we picked up our food truck trailer in Macon, GA. A man named Marty James built it for me. So this is an homage to where this crazy adventure all began!
-
This thin tangy sauce is a nice middle of the road option for those who don’t want sweet, nor spicy. It is modeled after Texas style sauces and pairs great with brisket.
-
Our Mango Habanero sauce is one of our crowd favorites for sure. It starts off sweet and kicks into gear with the heat from the habaneros. This was the first sauce our owner, Tim, ever made. His ‘baby’ is often credited for beginning this whole BBQ journey over 12 years ago.
-
The spiciest of our BBQ sauces, this Asian BBQ Style Sauce is not what you will find in your typical smokehouse, but we’re a bit different over here.
-
This garden hot sauce is available on a limited time basis. It is hot and incredibly flavorful. Definitely not hot just for the sake of hot.
“You said it man, nobody #%@#$ with the Jesus.”
-
Just like Smoky, you are entering a world of pain with this hot sauce.

-
A garlicky, spiced, mayo sauce. This is that good, good.
-
A peppery, tangy, mayo based finishing sauce for chicken.
-
The perfect addition to pulled pork. We make ours with a variety of vinegar and pepper, and some other stuff you don’t need to know about.
We do not sauce our meats and only sauce a select number of sandwiches as we believe that the meat should stand on it’s own. Another belief is that BBQ sauce is delicious. And yet another belief is that everyone’s tastes are different. so that lead us to our ever-growing list of house made sauces.
These sauces are all creations of owner and operator, Tim Grow:
“Creating sauces has long been, and continues to be a creative outlet for me. The experimentation and unpredictability of what produce and ingredients you have on hand can lead you to some fun and tasty results.”
