Years ago, on the food truck, I decided to combine two of my favorite foods: BBQ & Ramen. We created a monster. People would wait close to an hour sometimes for their Ramen some nights. Now we are offering it at the restaurant which is 1000% easier and more efficient so no more crazy long wait times.
We use the bones from our smoked pulled meats as a base to our otherwise traditional stock. The result is an insanely deliciously smoky, complex broth. Add to this your choice of our house smoked meats and you’ve got some of the best Ramen in the city. Other happy little items include: smoked corn, a smoked egg, marinated scallions and of course, the noods.
We also offer a vegetarian Ramen. We slow simmer a bunch of veggies to make this tasty broth. This gets the corn, egg, scallion and smoked portobello mushrooms. Smackin’.
